Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across India through our courier partners. We do not ship outside India at present. If a courier does not service your PIN code, we will contact you before dispatch and offer a full refund if we cannot deliver.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free across India unless a delivery charge is shown at checkout. Any delivery or cash on delivery fee is shown in the order summary before you pay, and is included in your invoice.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders confirmed after 14:00 IST count from the next business day.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Bengaluru: usually 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
• North-East, J&K, Ladakh and islands: usually 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
• Product pages show an estimated delivery date for your PIN code.
• These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, regional restrictions or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Tracking your order

When your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also follow your order at any time in your account.

Receiving your parcel

• Please check that the outer packaging is intact before accepting the parcel.
• If the parcel is damaged, tampered with or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our refund and return policy.

Failed deliveries

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, it is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange delivery again; for prepaid orders you may instead ask for a refund of the product price.
