Cookies and analytics

• Essential: one cookie keeps you signed in, and your browser's local storage remembers your cart, PIN code and cookie choice. These are always on; without them you can't sign in or check out.
• Our own visit counts: to know how the store is doing, we count page views, product views, items added to the cart, checkouts started and failed sign-ins (only the error type). This uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and nothing that identifies you: each day, visits are told apart by a scrambled code made from your IP address and browser, which can't be turned back into either and is deleted after two days.
• Analytics and advertising (only if you choose “Accept all”): Google Analytics and, when we advertise on them, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) set cookies to tell us how visitors find and use the store (pages viewed, products added to the cart, purchases) and to measure our ads. We don't send them your name, email, phone or address.
• If you choose “Only necessary”, no analytics or advertising cookies are set; Google Analytics may still receive anonymous, cookieless signals. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and choose again.

Service providers we use

We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

• Razorpay processes online payments. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are handled under its own privacy policy.
• Google Cloud and Firebase host this website, store order data in India (Mumbai region) and handle sign-in.
• Courier partners receive your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your order.
• Our email provider sends order confirmations and updates.
• Google Maps (Places) suggests addresses at checkout. What you type in the street field, and your PIN code or city, is sent to Google only to find matching addresses; it isn't linked to your name, email or order. PIN code lookups (city and state) happen on our site using India Post's public directory.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta receive usage data as described in Cookies and analytics, only with your consent.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent you have given us. We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax laws require, even if you close your account. To exercise these rights, please contact us at sales@simmangtech.com.
